Liquor Bottles 2000
You never know when a sketch wil be useful. I
made this sketch in a restaurant while waiting for lunch.
In 2004 I did a
painting from this sketch.
Footprints 2000
I was attracted by the shapes of the tracks left by
different animals. I know there's a finished piece of
art in this somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.
Dulcimer Hammers 2000
A friend of mine plays the dulcimer. While
sitting in his living room I was captivated by the different
shapes in the hammers and the shadow.
Trash Barrel 2004
This battered 50 gallon drum is used as a trash
barrel by a local wrecking yard.
Chair and Mikes 2002
You can find interesting stuff to sketch anywhere.
While waiting for a concert to start I noticed the pattern
made by the chair and microphone stands against the dark
curtain.
